Casa Copa de Oro is temporarily under renovation but when it re-opens you will be able to experience the villa lifestyle in this spacious 8,000 sq. ft. villa, with 4 bedrooms in the main house plus two attached 1,000 sq.ft., fully self-contained, air-conditioned one bedroom casitas with views of Banderas Bay in the lush tropical area south of the city known as Colonial Conchas Chinas. The panoramic view of the Bay, from the terraces of Casa Copa de Oro, is incomparable for a villa situated only 100 ft. above the ocean. View the fantastic sunsets from the terrace and covered sitting area. The views from the sun terrace are also fantastic and this large 1,000 sq. ft. terrace can be used for outdoor dining, buffets, weddings and special events. The sun terrace also includes a Jacuzzi, sound system and double wide lounges. All bedrooms can be enclosed for use of air-conditioning or open to tropical sea breezes and all have private bathrooms, ceiling fans, TV's and i-Pod docking stations. Some of the other amenities of the villa include a private heated pool, pool side bar, cable TV, Stereo sound system with MP3 or i-Pod hook-ups, CD/DVD player, High-Speed Internet or Wireless computer hook-up, BBQ, and a wonderful staff of five to pamper you throughout your stay. The two, 1000 sq. ft., 1 bedroom casitas have views of the Bay, fully equipped kitchens, living room with queen size sofa sleeper, dining area, bedroom and spacious bath with walk-in closets, A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV,DVD, Stereo sound system and private terrace. On the lower terrace is a heated pool and lounging area, half bath, outdoor shower, BBQ and private gated entrance to the street below and just a short walk to a nice sandy beach cove.
